Chain Link Stiff

Just got back from a bike ride and for the last 3 miles my chain kept jumping about whenever I pedalled, I got back and checked the chain and I've noticed that one of the chain links seems to have frozen in 1 slightly bent position.

The chain link is stuck in a horizontal with a slight bend position, and so when it goes through the rear derailleur it gets semi stuck and causes the chain to jump slightly.

It's pretty much unrideable because every time that part of the chain goes through the derailleur it always skips a bit. Do I need to take it to a bike shop or can it be easily repaired?
"I hold it true, what'er befall;
I feel it, when I sorrow most;
'Tis better to have loved and lost;
Than never to have loved at all."

    Move the sticking link to half way between the cassette and chainrings, hold the chain either side of the sticking link, and flex it sideways, i.e. the way it is not meant to flex. Flush the sticking link with WD40 or similar and repeat the flexing. Should loosen it up.
    Good luck

    Grab the chain in both hands and bend it where the stiff link is by pushing your thumbs against the link. Do it back and forth a few times, pushing with your bent fingers from the other side, and it should loosen up for you. You need to be quite firm with it.
