Good start...
Crashed a few miles from home..
trashed bike, helmet, brand new Assos 851 jacket and tights, Shoes, mobile,
dislocated shoulder and cracked ribs... and a bit of road rash..
looks like the year can get better from here... and at least Iwill miss all the crap weather in Jan and half of Feb..
How long does it take to recover from a dislocated shoulder and cracked ribs?
