Why changing your mind is a bad idea

I considered cycling this morning (to make the working year star as i hope it will continue), and as I walked up the road to the bus stop I thought about it again when I was passed by a cyclist. On getting to work the day was going fine until I went out to get the bus home, a bus turns up 3 minutes late and the driver makes it obvious he is running an extra (this means big delays), as the bus joined the queue on Perth Road I hopped off and counted the buses in front as I walked past them. 10, 13 if you count the 3 that had turned off to find another route into the town centre. I then proceeded to wait for over an hour in the bleeding cold while Tayside Police dealt with a broken down lorry on one of the main routes out of Dundee. Hmpf
Do Nellyphants count?
