My average would have been a tad higher if it hadn't been for him though

only 5.6 miles today.. work and back.

Unfortunately I am down with the flu (or something similar), so I felt crap whilst outside.

Also raining on the way back which slowed me down. Avg speed 13.7, max speed 27. mph.

Usually on this route I can gain avg of 15.6 and a max of about 33 mph,so not a good day but better than nothing.

This is also the first entry into my 2008 biking log Looking foward to seeing it very very full next christmas.

This was yesterday, i promise!

40 miles over pennines and back, 2 Hours 20 mins or so, max sp. 47.3 ave speed(with autostop) 17.3 I'm very pleased as I've only managed one or two short rides a week, with a few runs inbetween since October.

I was on my own this weekend. I think I might have seen Glade though. If it wasnt them it was 10 other riders looking mighty cool in their group. I'll find out soon
