i think the nearest ones are 28.6 and 31.8 i think.....Specialized Big hit (custom build, nearly done!)0

Not too sure but I know that the SC size on my Indian Fire Trail is 34.9 (which more than likely is the same on yours) assuming your tubing is 2mm thick? :?0

Yes the seat post I need to buy is 30.9mm (bought a truvativ team carbon 30.9mm seatpost to be totally specific)...

30.9 mm seatposts usually have 34.9mm seat clamps. Its usually (but not always) the same size as the front mech band as its the same tube. Some taper though, like on my Ruckus.
However it is 34.9mm ;-), It can not possibly be 28,6, and 31.8 is too close.0
