UK Bike Store

Because no-one supplies a bike in the format I want - an audax frame with mudguard clearance, small chainrings and flat bars - I'm thinking of buying a frame and building it myself. It's the way I've always worked in the past anyway.

I've found UK Bike Store a very easy to use web site with all the components listed together with a brief spec. I just wondered what the reputation of Bike Store is like? I'm familiar with a lot of on-line RC model sites and most of them are very good, but the last time I built a bike was before the www became so popular so a bit of a heads up would be helpful.

btw the frames I'm thinking of are a Van Nicholas Yukon or as a cheaper alternative a Kinesis Racelite Tk so any first hand experience would be welcome there too.

thanks

Geoff

I've bought bits from them but never a whole bike. The service was fine.

(I have a feeling I'll be responding to all threads like this in a similar way, having used the vast majority of UK online bike shops and never had a problem!)
