Disc Rotor Compatibility

hi all.
im planning to upgrade the rotor size of my brakes. i run Tektro I0 160mm rotors at present, but im not getting nearly enough power on fast descents.
as tektro dont do 203mm rotors i was wondering if these (link) would be compatible with the I0 calipers.
