My Dinotte rear light has just died in its second season (power cable separated from light unit). I'm looking for a replacement, ideally Dinotte brightness but more robust. Any ideas?

What PJH said. For the money a Smart rear light is an absolute bargain. I've a Dinotte rear too and it's almost as bright.

Yep I agree. They are a brilliant light and I use 3 just to make the point.

Another for the Smart 1/2 watt - for around £12 delivered (on ebay) it is both cheap and brilliant!

I'm actually slightly more keen on the Blackburn Mars 3. Not visible from quite so far in the distance, but it more than makes up for that with all round visibility. Ideal of course would be one of each.
