Touring Ideas - Spain -Morocco - eastern Europe - Kazakhstan

Evening all,
Tis that time of year when I start pondering my summer tour. This year it is for 3 weeks.
Problem is I need advice on destinations. Any input on the following seedlings would be great.
1. Spain - Morocco.
Anybody suggest a good tour taking in both these countries?
2. Eastern Europe
Toured Croatia and Slovenia last year and would love to explore Eastern Europe more.Anybody do an incredible tour there?
3. Kazakhstan- or anywhere off the beaten track.
Suggestions?
Will be going July/August.
Sorry to be so vague but as I say it is the early stages. I would really appreciate any advice or recommendations so thanking you in advance.

I haven't done this, only been as far as Stornoway by bike. In 'Terra Circa', a dvd of a round the world motorcycle expedition, the guys bumped into a chap called Oliver Schmidt in Kazakhstan. At that point he was cycling to China, but I remember his words as being something like "There are maybe better places to cycle than Kazakhstan" It was very hot and dusty, even the motorcyclists just got through it to get somewhere else.
