Chain line On 2006 SX trail

My 06 SX trail has an internal bottom bracket and im looking to buy a set of Shimano Saint cranks and Saint bottom bracket. The problem is, the saint BB has external bearings, so will this affect my chain line? If so is there any way of fixing it?

    Saint chainsets and BBs come with spacers and advice on how to fit the chainset so as to retain your chainline depending on BB width.

    Check the Shimano site and then go for it, you won't regret it.
    Make sure you get your BB shell faced before fitting the BB.
