ive just cahnged the chain and cassette on the enduro following the topic about the pro2 hub and cheaper end cassettes. first ride on it today and it was fine except that the drivetrain felt fairly rough when climbing and really giving it the beans. it felt like a drivetrain does when itss been caked in mud after a long ride. it also did this slightly when 'cruising'.
towards the end of the ride, it started to subside and felt smoother. could it be that the chain and cassette are just wearing with each other at the minute?
ive changed the chain/cassette on my GT a couple of times before and i dont remember it feeling like this.

Could be that you're used to the feel of a quality chain lube and you went riding with the anti-rust grease on the chain."Internet Forums - an amazing world where outright falsehoods become cyber-facts with a few witty key taps and a carefully placed emoticon."0
