CCTV sticker, a good or bad idea? (POLL)

I received a 15x15cm "CCTV" sticker, which I now put on my rucksack. I have doubts though whether the benefits will outweight the possible risks (e.g. pissing some mentally unbalanced drivers off?) I'd love to know what others think. Thanks!
