kona paddywagon sizing?

hi im looking to buy a kona paddywagon for commuting duties
anyone advise on sizing i ride a giant compact road frame 58.5cm
im 6 3 tall 35" inside leg . anyone know if the kona frame is compact geometery
the website states 58cm seat tube and 58cm top tube which sounds ok if compact
the 60cm looks a bit stretched and i like plenty of standover!
