Which Suspension Seatpost best for 18 stone rider?

Hi, could someone please advise on which suspension seatpost would be suitable for me. I am 18 stone Not fat just rather big boned (6" 4) and currently ride a carrera Krakken 2006 Model. I have read other comments about distance to pedals whilst riding etc etc. but whilst riding through my local woods my bot could do with some assistance and a full sus is not yet on the cards (says er indoors!!!)

I also would like to keep the budget to under £50 if possible.

Your thoughts would be apreciated.
