GP3000's dont fit, ie they touch the underside of the fork crown. Just need a tyre with about 1mm less height, but still need a 23mm tyre as I dont want to sacrifice grip.
just get out and ride, ride, ride

I have run Vredestein Fortezza Track tyres which are 23s on my Dolan track bike without any problems although my clincher wheels are now always fitted with Veloflex Record which are 20s.

I don’t suffer any grip issues with these narrow tyres either indoors or outdoors (though they don’t last long) and prefer the Records because they can be run at 145 psi when you need it. I mainly use these tyres for training but have raced on them as well as they are the back-up for my tubs.

If you’re determined to go for a wider tyre, Conti Supersonics or Veloflex Pave or Black (both 22s) are popular track choices.

When I get a moment over the next couple of days, I'll try one of my road bike wheels which have Michelins fitted to check clearance.
    I’m a sprinter – I warmed up yesterday.
