norfolk reliability rides

I would like to try some of these.
I cannot find any on the net.
Does anyone know when or where?

    Hi there

    VC Norwich are running a couple;
    27th Jan 50 miles, Cromer Road. Lay-by near Norwich Airport. Start 08:30 (slow) 09:00 (med) 09:30 (fast)
    24th Feb 50+5 (not sure what the +5 means) miles, same details.

    EACC are also running some but Im not a member so not sure how reliable the following is;
    6th Jan outstide Woodman Pub on North Walsham Road, Old Catton with the usual 08:30, 09:00, 09:30 times.

    Would be great if Norfolk clubs kept their websites updated and displaying new info like rides like this, I used (20 years ago) be a member of VC Norwich, just coming back to cycling and looked for their site, found it but no info so to speak :( Pity as websites are a great source of advertising and information supply to prospective new members.

    Anyway rant over who can I contact for more info etc, especially on these 2 rides?
