What turbo trainer?

Im looking to buy a turbo trainer, but dont have a clue what one to get.

It needs to work with my mountain bike and road bike, and possibly work with the programmes you can get.

Could you suggest some and give me some information?

Most work on tyres and so will wear / be uncomfortable using mtb.

It may be worth looking at

which works on the rims.

It may be more basic than you want tho in terms of fancy programs but it works.

Personally, I bought some good lights and now ride at night off road - it's more fun
