i'm 100% up for backing Scotland holding the start of the tour, i think if it can be done in Europe (mainland) then why not bring it further north to get the worlds most obese country involved. As a Scotsman i think any sporting event that might help get kids out in the fresh air and away from t.v screens is only a good thing, at our local cc we have even started a coaching facility where half a dozen or so members are training to be come qualified coaches and then going out working with the schools in our local area to encourage kids to get off there backsides and do something that is healthy and who knows what future talents may be spotted??0

I agree..... rain and cobbles = crashes!
talk about televisual impactWhenever I see an adult on a bicycle, I believe in the future of the human race.
