Duff the Stuffing Mountain Bike Ride
Tunstall And Rendlesham Off-Road Group (TROG) are holding their annual “Duff the Stuffing” ride. This is an off road cycle ride, which is aimed at introducing people to Mountain biking in Suffolk. It is not intended to be particularly challenging, just some fun on a bike in the woods…….. We are particularly keen to support new female members and we have a Women’s leader to help anyone that wants to come along and is feeling a bit shy about getting involved. Children are welcome, but a responsible adult must accompany them at all times, and they do need to be competent cyclists capable of riding their bike unaided on dirt tracks.
So if you’ve got a new Mountain bike for Xmas, or got one in the shed and keep meaning to get it out, come and join us. For a small entry fee of £3 (members £2) you’ll get an escorted ride, with experienced riders, the opportunity to meet new friends and take up a new and exciting hobby while losing some of that stuffing round the midriff that you’ve acquired over the holiday.
On the day there will raffle with some serious MTB kit up for grabs, competitions with great prizes, a BBQ and buffet & drinks will be available..
