I have no idea. If no one knows do you think they could still be alright? Cheers.

well from the inital quality of the picture i would say a pile of crap.
nothing better?
there is hardly enough pixels to see that they are Double crown forks."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

well i do not think you will get any positive info.
could be Zooms but hard to see, other than triple clamps and V brakes.
cant even see if there is a 20mm axel or even disc mounts."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

well i dont think there zooms as they've clearly got like double the amount of travel any of them have. Has no one ever seen some forks like these? Thanks for the help!0
-
pretty sure they are zooms.
a cheap and nasty fashion acessory fork. v-brakes FFS! triple clamp fork but IIRC no damping and just an elastomer.
will be scary on anything worse than a kerb and will last just long enogh for you to be going fast when they break on that rooty section.I never touched it! It was broke when I got here.0 -
if you are brave/stupid enough to go fast off road with those things out front that is.I never touched it! It was broke when I got here.0
-
would you then advise me using my z1s instead? Also can anyone out there give me a 100% answer to what forks they are? Thanks alot everyone.0

I would think so......... (use the Z1s)
I don't think that anyone here will be able to tell you what they are tbh - as the pic is front on and bad quality.
I don't think you'll be able to sell them for anything more than the postage they will cost you to send (if they are yours) if you are looking to buy them - DONT!0 -
ok cheers then. still if anyone can identify them please let me know! Cheers!0
-
again WHAT Z1's there lots of different ones. Some are just XC forks."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Shockworks DH1 I believe.0
-
not enough holes in the brace and maybe the wrong colour.
Better pics needed."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Its definitely the shockworks logo. Many braces were replaced as they had a habit of bending!0
-
Looks like s DDG Godfather frame too.0
-
"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

They did it in yellow and black too. You can see the logo is the same.0
-
i am still not seeing it.
But if it is it should have 150mm of travel. which is what most Z1's have for way less weight."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
Parktools :?:SheldonBrown0 -
It may be a DH2 or DH3. There was a 4 inch travel version too.0
-
whatever they are lads, my god, they are feckin awful0
-
if they are shockworks forks they got some pretty good reviews here:
http://www.mtbr.com/reviews/Front_Shock ... 1623.shtml0 -
but they are still 8 year old forks. IE not that good. I remember what forks were like back then."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
Parktools :?:SheldonBrown0 -
ok but if i'm no serious downhiller will they do the job at the end of the day? I only do a few medium size jumps and some downhill trails nothing huge. Cheers.0
-
you would do better with some SC forks.
But the main question what is the frame they might be going on?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

club roost dh80
-
well which fork is it? cause it is on the limit of being short or too short.
ideally you want to find up to another 50mm of travel as the DH* was ok with a 200mm fork"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
Parktools :?:SheldonBrown0 -
This forks got 190mm travel.0
-
so again get good picture if you really want some info on it as the current guess is a DH1 with 150mm of travel.
I also guess that the fork is already fitted to the frame? and the frame is light blue?
well just use it."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
Parktools :?:SheldonBrown0 -
k. Thanks for all the help.0
-
Doesnt look like its 190mm either!0

So no one knows?0
