Haunted forks

Went to Chicksands yesterday and at the bottom of some runs, the TALAS adjuster had moved on it's own from 160 round to 130. It's bizarre, it's not like other forks where they lose travel because of a failed seal, these seem to come with a poltergeist that adjusts things as you ride!

Joking aside, anyone heard of anything like this before with Talas IIs?

If your running a front crud catcher (not looked to see if you posted in the mudguard thread!) could it have caught on that? My lockout did this a couple of weeks ago after a small off! realised that on near full lock it caught dial enough to turn it,not sure if your fork works in this way though

No, it's not a ghost, it's a far more mundane explanation.

It appears that there is a portal into a parallel universe at Chicksands. You have inadvertantly ridden through this portal into that parallel universe where you made the decision to run your forks at 130mm and not 160mm.

    SImple quantum physics really!
