Hi all…

Firstly I’d like to say ‘Merry Christmas’ !!

I’m back (just about..) after some one knocked me off my road/race bike on my training route nearly three months ago now.
It’s left me with a serious brain injury and some bad scaring, but I’m fighting back all the time.
My bike has come out not as bad as me, but it’s still wrote off (from an insurance point of view), and my gear is absolutely wrecked – besides the fact that they had to cut it off me !! I can’t remember the accident, or about 10 days after – so mentally I’m OK at least !! My ‘Giro Atmos’ was crushed, but saved my life..

Any way, hears to a new year……..and hopefully a new bike eventually !!
