Cannondale headshock and headset

Hi there
I have I think a problem with my headshock system. When I stand over the bike, and lock the front brake I can feel a rocking in the headset when I rock the bike fore and aft. Is this normal.
With a standard aheadset I would have just tightened up the top bolt/star nut but in its place on the cannondale is a rebound adjuster.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

headset still needs tightening.

Did you not receive headshock manual? if not then contact you local cannondale retailer to explain how.

any idea if the manual is on the net as I cannot find one.
alternatively tips for tightening?
