Campag QS
Hi all,
Just wondering as anybody any experience of using Campags new QS system with triple chainsets ? and how have their found it ? Is the lack of trim a major issue? or if the cable tension is ok,does it work welll?

I think you're confusing QS with Escape - you still get trimming with QS, it's just that the cable pull has changed.0

My understanding is that QS front shifters only have trim on Chorus and Record0

Yes, but that's because lower down models have Escape - nothing to do with QS (and supposedly you can still trim, but only on the upshift - wouldn't know as I have Record QS

QS affects the quickness and effort of the front mech shift.
The issue of limited trim is a downside of the cheaper Escape innards of Centaur to Xenon. Although I haven't used it myself as I'm sticking with my 9 speed Record Ergos, an Escape equipped triple can only be trimmed in the middle ring.I'd rather walk than use Shimano0
