recommend me a helmet cam

...for about £100 please! It's for a present and I have no idea which ones are decent.

  • ATC 2000 (ATC 2k) by oregon scientific less than £100 alright quality, buy a 2GB SD flash card at the same time for longer recording.

    I've got an ATC 2000 cam too and it's excellent.

    Everything goes onto an SD card and saves about 60mins of video and you can put it onto your PC and burn it to DVD using something like Nero.

    I've tried it on the handlebar clamp and video is obviously shaky on that over rocky ground. Helmet cam is tricky to setup to get the right camera angle but one thing I have tried which looks good is clamping the camera under the saddle.

    A mixture of those would be good if you have any video editing software.
    Also something to put music in the background would be an idea because the microphone on the camera just picks up wind whistling past and the noise of the bike rattling over rocks.
