Hello,

Anyone know where to get relatively plain cotton cycling caps?
I don't want a team's and would prefer not to have the manufacturer in 2 inch high letters. I am also not going to pay £25 for a Rapha one (nice though it is).

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Steven

    None cooler than Walz
    http://www.walzcaps.com/

    Made by a family firm in California. They do a cord one too :) And with the pound so high, they are pretty cheap.
  • Thanks very much.

    acorn_user, have you got one? Do they ship to the UK? They do look very good.

    Go for the Rapha cap. It is pricey but for once unlike most Rapha gear it is actually worth the money.

    There's someone on Ebay who always has a good range of USA made ones, cotton or wool;

    Be aware the Swrve ones come up small...

    I don't have one, but I guess they should ship to the UK. I'd be happy to sort it out after Christmas. I don't have one myself, but they are about the only cycling cap I actually want! (not a cap guy)

    I'd recommend the Rapha™ epic cap (I have two) - the really work and do what the blurb says.

    What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!

    I have a Swrve one, and didnt think it came up small- its the largest one i have. Have only worn it round the house though, so dont know how it performs on the bike!!! Solo make some really nice ones, though, and although they do have a logo on, its a good subtle one. I have about 8 Prendas ones, wear them all summer theyre good AND cheap. Yes, im a bit of a cap fetishist....
  • Thanks acorn_user that's very kind of you, if I am still capless after Xmas I may take you up on your offer.
