How many accidents whilst commuting in 2007?

    Accidents? None.

    Dropped the bike once in the wet, and took a nice piece of fabric out of my glove, and flesh out of my hand, but that was poor bike handling skills in the conditions, not an accident.

    My final tally was 2, with numerous close calls!

    The most major one was some ar5e in a white van cutting me up, causing a rather buckled front wheel and leaving me with a few scraps - oh yeah and a fine beause the wife after she stopped on a red route to pick me and my now knackered bike up, talk about rubbing salt into the wound. Worse thing was they never even stopped :-(

    Second was a commuter who decided to alight a bus that wasn't at a stop as I was filtering up the inside, he jumped straight in front of me and got a rather nice headbutt from my helmet. He was very apologetic :-)
