I have a set of cateye lights and the front one is faulty (it keeps going off mid-ride) No matter what I do I can't fix the fault. I want to send it back. Where should I send it?

  • Where you bought it from
  • good luck. i had one fall apart on the road and got nowhere with them, they more or less said tough luck and left it at that.

I was told by Zyro (the Cateye UK distributor) to send my light back to where I bought it. And they (the reseller/shop) will decide if it is a warranty job/replacement or a repair.
Zyro also said that all Cateye lights come with a 2 year warranty.

As always, in these situations, the contract is with the shop that sold you the lights, and not with CatEye or Zyro.

So, after a lot of thought, I'd like to reconsider. Please, if it's not too late, make it a cheeseburger.

Just a pic of my bike.
