Max travel for a Rock

Can anyone suggest the max fork travel thet my 04 Claud Butler Rock can take? I've looked around but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I really don't want to go and order some 100mm forks and find they will completely ruin my bike.

    I think it is 100mm. I say this as the Cape Wrath (04) takes a 100mm fork & the frames are very similar.

    I will to confirm: I just thought it would be easier to ask here instead of waiting for a reply. I think I may get some U-Turn forks anyhow, but I just wanted to have all of my options.
