Phil Wood hubs - are they really 'field serviceable'?

Does anyone have any experience of Phil Wood hubs?
In particular they claim you can strip them down and replace the bearings with just a couple of allen keys. Is it as easy as they claim?

Chris. Thanks. I asked on another forum and got the answer that they need more than a couple of allen keys and not the kind of tools you'd be likely to carrying on tour. I thought it was too good to be true.0
