Damm the expense and waste of resorces, I'm starting yet another thread!
This morning, is nice, sunny, rather cold and the roads are a bit icy. Yay for ABS, Traction Control, AWD and Vehicle Dynamics Control. The Cakemobile practically drove itself to work, I just changed the CD.

I went to gym yesterday for the first time in about two years have limited use of my arms today, so dont be anxious unless of course this applies to you aswell!0

I have done some freeweight stuff the last couple of weeks and its absolutely killed me. I was still hurting on Saturday morning after going to the gym on Tuesday!!

I weigh a behemoth-like 18.5 stones!
Heres another pic for you - We were at this Karaoke bar thing and I was absolutely hammered I got up to sing! We were in this private booth thing so it wasn't too bad.
The girl I'm with is like a "normal" height!

I wouldnt be worried about the gym if I was you I'd be more concerned by door frames low ceilings and stepping on kids you just couldnt see from that altitude! 0
