Avid Ultimates - Rubbing

My front brake saga continues, had them returned to Avid to fix the seals, upon return they are rubbing like mad on the rotor, thought I'd ride with them yesterday to see if they just needed bedding in a little but still the same when I got back

So help please

    rubbing both sides or one side?

    reset them.

    seems to be both sides but to be honest its difficult to tell, when i spin the wheel it just stops itself, if you could give me advise on all scenarios would help. Thks
