After having surgery on my knee im thinking that i should get some prtection for when i get back on my bike. I ride aggrssive xc mainly with a bit of DH .Can anyone recommend knee/shin gaurds that would be OK for up to 4 hrs in the saddle at a time?

Suggest you try a few on first if you can, I went for Dainese after trying others and not finding them very comfortable.
