Hi,
Does anyone know how long the warranty on Cannondale carbon frames is?
Is it the same as the aluminium frame which is a lifetime warranty?
Has anyone had to use their warranty and how were they dealt with by Cannondale?
I ask this as i am looking in to buying a Taurine frame.
Many thanks all

  • Hi FC,

As far as I am aware and from my own warranty book, Cannondale frames are "warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner." I have a Synapse SL which is full carbon.

However the warranty for freeride bikes is three years from the date of original retail purchase.

Can't comment further as I have had no need to use warranty.

    Hope that helps.
