buying my old bike back :would you buy this for £50?

A friend of mine who I sold my old bike to for £100 has offered to sell it back to me for 1/2 the price after having it linger in his shed for a whille unused . Does anyone here think this rig is worth £50? to complement my heavily upgraded cannondale Prophet 4?

Is this worth 50 pounds as a 2nd bike for less demanding but all round trails?

There were a few versions of the hellcat. Cant see if its the single pivot or URT version. Spec wise is dwarfs your second bike, so as long as the frame is intact, and the sus pivots ok, go for it. Shorter stem though ;-)
