Cleaning Hope Vision Lights Lens

What would be the best way for me to clean the mud of the lens' of my hope vision led without causing scratches ?? I have distilled Water, isopropyl alcohol and those cloths that are used to clean specs at my disposal.
Thought i would ask first as i didn't just want to go wiping the mud straight off as it could act as a abrasive and put scratches on the lens, i did have the idea of just kinda squirting the distilled water or alcohol on the lens to kinda blast the mud off but that may not get the lens clean properly.

Use something like your glasses cloth, somthing lint free. Ive got a cloth for cleaning binoculars and they dont scratch the lens'.Learn on a Hardtail or be crap forever!0
