how do you adjust the release angle? have just got some of these of ebay and they havent come with any packaging/instructions! cheers

    One of the cleats should have two little circles indented either side of the bolt holes.

    Having this cleat on the right shoe gives a 15 degree release angle when your heels are moved outwards,and a 20 degree angle if your heels are twited inwards.

    Having it on your left shoe gives a 20 degree release angle when your heels are moved outwards,and a 15 degree angle when your heels are twisted inwards.
