new carrera vulcan 2008?

hi, my friend wants to buy a bike and has gone for the carrera vulcan 2008. this is because he really likes my carrera and wants one too. he does not know when they come out though... does anyone have an idea?

then how come when we hit the tree it takes the air out of us??... ( trees...the selfish b***erds want it back!! )

    If he like yours, why not get a 2007 there very cheap (£225) just now, the only difference will likely be the paint, he could spend the money hes saved upgrading parts. I plan on getting an 07 myself but about to move house (14th) , and the mothers not wanting me to add to the "crap" I already have in the garage untill we move. what year do you ride and what are your thoughts on its performance / durability ?.

    well to be honest he wants it for looks aswell and prefers it. i ride a 07 carrera kraken, its forks sometimes top-out but other than that its a plush bike for the price and the no-brand parts are strong and durable too. it rides smooth for me and im into xc with light jumps etc;

    My friend had Krakan and he took it to do some hard jumps both on trail and dirt jumps both times it stood up for the test brillaint hardtail the forks just let it down when the top out . :D

    the only fault was the heavy wheels, so i part chopped them for some moto-x rims that are both lighter and stronger... :wink:
