Removing Lever Blades...HELP

I am in the precess of putting some BB5s onto my bike, but i have currently got some random Shimano dual brake and gear shifters on the bike. I have bought some new brake levers and need to remove the lever blade off the dual shifters.
I am having problems working out how to remove them and cant find an info on the park website, or anywhere else. Im not even sure if its just a pivot, or a threaded bolt or what!
So basically, does anybody know how to remove them?
Cheers, Dom.

you can not.
either use the existing set up or get new gear shifters as well."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Out of interest then, what sort of fixing actually holds them in?0

well it depends on what you have.
because there is integrated and combined. and they are totally different. But if you have the combined just fit new cables and use the existing set up.

ok i still do not know what they are. but they are the combined.
So do not bother as you will not be able to get the gears and brakes positioned correctly.
either new gear shifters as well or just use the current ones with the mech disc brakes."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
