Hi
Would it be appropriate to use Bike Radar to drum up awareness/support/votes for the Sustrans bid to the forthcoming lottery competition? As you'll probably be aware, it is one of four projects in the running for #50 million, which could do a lot to improve bike travel in the UK. Further details on http://www.sustransconnect2.org.uk/
If appropriate, how might support best be mobilised? Every vote counts, and it would be great to see the money spent on building a future rather than dwelling on the past in the various heritage options also in the running. As for extending the Eden project, brilliant though it is surely it's been so successful as to be self-sustaining?

Hi,
Yes it is appropriate - search the site for "connect2" and you'll see some of the support we've been trying to drum up.
