How to pack a bike case?

I'm posting this in the hope that someone has a link to a site whihc shows you how to pack a bike box. I've tried going by the description that some sites give and just can't seem to get it right with the wheels being realy squashed and the handlebars just not being right.....Any help gratefully received. I've got a Giant TCR and a Serfas bike case.
If only the legs were as good as the bike....

    Great ! :D
    Now hopefully I can fit the bike in the case properly. I like the little tip of using the cardboard to avoid touching the chain, but it seems a bit OTT when you consider you're going to get that gunk on the foam packing material........
    If only the legs were as good as the bike....
