PEDALON reccomended

People are quick to critisise these days (myself included) but have got to say the customer service of Pedalon is excellent. Ordered online a couple of tyres, turns out they were just out of stock. Called to let me know next day and matched price of a dearer tyre. Very good and helpfull staff.

    Yeah, I too had good a good experience dealing with them earlier in the year when I bought a bike for my girlfreind from their website. The first bike had cosmetic damaged when it arrived with them from Giant, they replaced it quickly and kept me informed of what was happening and how long it was going to take.

    All together hassle free.

    Used them a few times myself without a problem. Received the wrong tire type once - Race X Lite AC instead of Race X Lite - but they were swift in sorting it out.
