Fox Trooper Jacket Cleaning Advice

I have a fox trooper jacket and i now need to wash it, the label says machine wash gentle cold, the lowest setting on the washing machine for synthetics is labelled as daily wash 30°, does anyone know if this will be fine ??

    I wash my water proofs on 30 wash, never had a problem, get some nikwax tech cleaner and reproofer and don't use normal washing detergent

    I will get some cleaner, might get Grangers Extreme Cleaner Plus but i need to wash it now really, what about cleaning it with no normal washing detergent ?

    The label said a gentle detergent can be used, only thing i have in the house is ariel.

    Is it safe to also wash my shoes in with the jacket or should i do the jacket by its self ?
