Christmas time has arrived again and I’m looking for cyclists to accompany me for some riding in and around Easington/Loftus/Guisborough area, local club web sites would be good too. I am not living in the NE now but visit family at Christmas and New Year. O and by the way I’m no speed freak so I’ll be averaging 14-15mph. Cheers Martin. 8)

    Hi Martin

There are a few of us still out in the dead of winter although the rides tend to be quite short, typically 30 to 50 miles depending on terrain and weather. Take a look at the Teesside DA of the CTC, there is a rides list which shows each of the various groups. I ride with the central section where we try to get the mileage in to a cafe and then are generally coerced into a local hostelry on the return leg. Some take less coercion than others

    D :D
