Which Bottom Bracket?

Which BB do I need size wise for my bike? and which ones are the best (strongest, cheapest, lightest) If it comes with a good crankset I may get that too.

The newer breed of cranksets come with integrated axles and external bottom brackets, one size fits all (to a degree). Ones such as Hollowtech2 and X-type. What do you currently have fitted?

Currently i have a truvativ giga x pipe but it started creaking and i tried removing it and tightening it up and now it is worse. So i think i need a replacement.

have you tried facing the bottom bracket shell and/or regreasing the bb where indicated by the manufacturer.
