Rear Shock On Stinky

I've just got my Fox Vanilla RC back from Mojo after a service and the lower mounting bolt for it is thinner than the hole through the bushing? is this normal or is the wrong sized bushing been put on?

    wrong kit. bet they have fitted the 6mm rather than the 8mm?

    I dont have any reducers, the bushing s at both ends of the shock appear to be the same size.
