Post Mount to IS on Hope Caliper.

Hi all,

The Mrs is looking at getting me a new set of forks as a Xmas pressy. And I am interested in the Marzocchi MX Pro 2007 from Merlin, they are the right price and weight and get good reviews, unless you have better advice for general XC.

But the information mentions the forks are Post Mount, now I have Hope C2 brakes, IS mount, does this mean I need to buy an adapter? I know the brakes are old and heavy but they work a treat and I wasnt considering upgrading as well just yet..

    adapter and bigger disc. OR a new caliper half.

    Thanks for that,

    for a moment I thought just go for it, lighter newer better and nearly ordered a XTR front brake caliper assy till i realised that was IS fitment also..

    Do you know which exact adapter I need or where I can get. Can't find anything on Merlin and CRC are saying the 1 advertised is not Marzocchi compatible..
