Totems and Avid Codes

I have a set of Avid Codes taken from another build which I will be using on my new FR rig
They are 185mm front and rear IS
They are going onto a set of Totem Coils.
Totems are Post mount and on RS site it says "minimum 203mm rotor"
I am just assuming that I mount the caliper directly onto the fork (minus the original 185mm IS adapter) then buy a new 203mm rotor and that's it? Any little washers or anything I need to get?
