Shimano XT shifter pod indicator removal

I want to remove the indicator units off my XT shifters (M760) and fit the covers to give me a bit better fit on the bars. Does anyone know where I can get the covers and/or what the part number is?

I have found the part on the shimano website for the M770 shifters but cannot find it on madisons website.

IIRC you can't remove the windows from the M760 shifters, but I've been wrong in the past.
