three new clincher wheels ... can't be bothered looking up designations, but essentially two medium profites, one at a weight of about 1500g and one at about 1380g. The latter will obviously be more expensive and has the carbon bits on the rim. think the latter will be about £800.
non-bladed spokes, no problem, might well be more aero than bladed.
Then there is a deep section clincher 50mm rim that will weigh 1590g. good alternative to cosmic carbone, zipp etc. for about £800, but still a shimano hub meaning you can't switch freehub body to campag (have to run conversion cassette).0 -
The clincher wheel has an aluminium rim reinforced with carbon, weighs 1380g and costs £515 from Wiggle, which for the weight is amazing!
But I don't think they are worth the weight if they are not very stiff.
Have searched the web and still can't find anyone that's actually ridden any.0 -
